Here is the birthday card I made for my godson's first birthday.
I colored the images with Spectrum Noir markers, added some Stickles to the balloons and added 2D dimension to the gifts and balloon. Here is a little close-up for more details:
I used the following Penny Black stamps: It's your day, acrocat and fuzzy balloon
