Good afternoon!

I finally had time to play with my new Copic markers. Yes it's about time you might be thinking ha ha. The Almond Blossoms stamp from Impression Obsession was the perfect stamp to practice coloring with Copic. I really love the blending made with the Copic markers, much more than with my Spectrum Noir markers.

I added some Stickles inside the flowers and cut 3 times the word Thanks to make it pop up.

Christmas card

Good evening!

Here is a Christmas card I made tonight. The background was inked with distress ink "faded jeans" and the snow with white embossing powder.

I used Lindy Stamp Gang's Starbust Sprays (Time Travel Teal and Delphinium Turquoise) for my background. It is so shining that it makes it really hard to take a good picture as you can see.

Christmas card

Good evening!

I just finished a Christmas card for Impression Obsession's challenge Stamp a background. It's never too early to increase my Christmas cards stack. Last year, I quickly ran out of cards and didn't have time to make more on time so this year, I'm starting early.

I used a white cardstock and sprayed Dylusions inks. Then, I stamped and embossed in white the Chicken Wire stamp. I fussy cut the snowman and added Stickles for snow sparkle. I mounted it on 2D foam.

Camping mini-album layout

Good afternoon!

Today, I would like to share with you a layout I created for Impression Obsession's challenge Stamp A Background. I made this layout for my 2018 camping mini-album. Since the album will be for this summer vacations, I do not have any pictures yet but I like to prepare my pages in advance. That way, I feel less pressure to finish my album quickly once vacations are over.

The picture will be on the cream cardstock, probably a picture of the amazing landscape at Mont Tremblant National Park. This is the place I go camping since I'm a kid, can't wait to go again this summer for the first time with my children.

So, back to my mini album layout. I used kraft cardstock as it's the color theme of my camping album. I had this wonderful cover-a-card stamp I bought for my album, it's called Pine Trees. It's actually so big I didn't think I did not have an acrylic block big enough ha ha! Oops. Anyway, love so much that stamp, I can absolutely see Mont Tremblant's forest. I also stamp "this is my happy place". When I saw this stamp at the store, I KNEW I had to buy it. There couldn't be a better sentiment for this page than this one.

mon amour

Good morning!

Today I'm showing you a scrapbook layout. These pictures were taken a few years ago, while I was pregnant with our first child. We were visiting Ontario, Canada. I'm glad I finally found the inspiration to scrapbook these memories!

A little close-up on the title "mon amour". Since I embossed with light pink embossing powder on white paper, it's hard to see on the picture.
